Campus Overview

Located in beautiful Tavares, Florida, Lakeview Crest is convenient to area shopping, restaurants, medical offices and facilities including Florida Hospital Waterman. Other nearby destinations include the scenic downtown areas of Tavares, Mount Dora, and Eustis–all only minutes away. For those with a more adventurous spirit, major attractions such as Disney, Epcot, Universal Studios, Sea World or the beaches, are all within an hour’s drive.

The lakefront campus offers beautiful natural vistas accented with themed gardens, natural pathways and unique entertainment venues (see our historic Sugar Mill).

The campus plan consists of three main entities:

Falcon Place Independent Senior Living is for residents who want to enjoy maintenance-free retirement while living their life to the max. For a simple monthly fee (no endowment), residents live in their elegant 1 or 2 bedroom apartment home and have access to multiple programs and facilities, including a premier in-house restaurant.

Osprey Lodge Assisted Living is for residents who need a helping hand with daily living but have a passion to live life to their fullest potential.

Modeled after a Colorado lodge-style resort, it offers 76 beautiful (and homey) 1 or 2 bedroom accommodations and features charming spaces from it’s main Frontier Lounge and Black Bear Canteen, to an interactive dog run area aptly named “CoonDog” Porch.

Eagles Nest Memory Care for residents who need specialized care relating to Alzheimer’s and Dementia in a unique state-of-the art environment that celebrates a person’s dignity. The family home-style setting offers 48 Studio rooms clustered around main living and dining areas as well as a central interactive garden.
